Well first off, this is a very effective method to dox so that is why this is expensive. 
Please do something for me and DON’T give it to anyone else. Thank you so much for your co-operation. 

First step: You need to start off with some basic information. 
You need SOMETHING on the person in order to dox them. 
For example, one thing that is required is the LAST name of the person. 
If you don't have the last name, 
then try and get the phone number, 
if you don’t have the phone number, 
try and get the city, 
state and then get the last name. 

Okay, so let’s say I had NuBLoM’s last name. 
And through his I.P. Address, I can see that he lives in the state of Texas. 
Well, if I had NuBLoM's first name, he won't be listed in public records because he is under the age of 18. 
So basically we need to find the parent's information. 
You have the last name of the person, so what to do with that? 
Get the I.P. Address of the victim. 
Let's use my I.P. Address, 108.208.164.244.
Okay, so now I can trace the I.P. Address to a state, and maybe a nearby city. 
To trace I.P's go to <http://www.whatismyipaddress.com>. 
So now, you have my last name, Smith. 
Now I you should have the name, and the state. 
Do not narrow it down to the city just yet, 
now go to <http://www.whitepages.com>. 
From there, 
type in the last name on the main page, 
and type in the state of the person. 
See how many results come up. 
If it's a lot, 
then narrow it down to the city, 
if it's only 1-2 results, 
bingo, 
you got the dox. 
I don't know how to explain this any further. 

If your trying to get the phone number of a victim and you only have the address, 
or the name, 
go to WhitePages, 
and then click on the "Reverse Address" tab. 
Type in the address, 
and see if you get a match. 
Another way to verify an address is call the phone number and ask to talk to the son.

Remember, doxing is like a Puzzle, you have to put the pieces together. 
If you have the last name, 
get the phone number, 
if you have the phone number, 
go to WhitePages and look up a reverse phone number.
