This protocol is activated during the Stanley Cup final game when it is hosted in Vancouver, Canada.

It is mean't to be a counter attack in which we side with the authorities to defend the city against domestic terrorists (rioters). Our standard issue gear is usually clothing or light armor that will be hard to remember by, usually one time use stuff is convenient. Followed by hoodies and guy fawkes masks, but remember that we do not stand for anonymous as the guy fawkes masks are place holders until we can manufacture our own attire.

If any rioters try to attack us or the authorities, we put them into citizen's arrest until the police take over and apprehend them.

Remember, we are with the authorities until the riot is over. If they ask for our identities, you are required to remain anonymous as much as possible throughout the entire event. Depending on the situation, all of us should have dummy identities that are used to keep people away from our real selves.
