<<<< Patches for exeGCC >>>> RELEASE NOTES ========================================================================= Versions of make and ld that correct the problems indicated below have been provided by Kyoto Microcomputer. Also provided are versions of mild and exew32.exe with N64 Disk Drive-related modifications. These are distributed by NTSC with the present patch release. The version of mild included in this release is currently (02/01/1999) the newest version. When using version 1.20 or older versions of exeGCC, replace the older version of mild with the version in this patch. (ld.out has been distributed by ntsc-online since June 1998.) Installation Each file is copied over the existing version of the file in the directory where the exe-GCC binary is installed (c:\ultra\GCC\MIPSE\BIN with the default installation). Changes make.out (file size: 152,432) Fixes a problem that caused the -f option not to function properly. Fixes a bug that caused the program to hang when internal shell commands were executed when running on Windows NT. ld.out (file size: 268,520) This version increases the maximum number of usable sections from 512 to 1024. Use this version to avoid forced terminations that can occur when handling large numbers of files with ld or mild. mild.out (file size: 297,201) The newest version of the exeGCC file mild (version 1.02b).
