UPDATE V2

Extract the file somewhere you want the world files to be.
Open up either Unity Hub or Unity 2018.4.20f1

(UNITY 2018.4.20f1 without UNITY HUB)
Press "OPEN"

(UNITY HUB)
Press "ADD" in Unity Hub

After that select the file you extracted and open it up. That's it.
